Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Thighs with Cheddar & Jalapeño

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4):

4 Free-Range Chicken Thighs (boneless, skin-on)

4 rashers streaky bacon

50g cheddar, grated

1 fresh jalapeño (or 1 tsp pickled), finely chopped

Salt & pepper

Toothpicks or butcher’s string
🔥 Method:

Flatten chicken thighs and season.

Add cheddar and jalapeño to the centre.

Roll up and wrap each thigh in a rasher of bacon.

Secure with a toothpick or string.

Grill or oven bake at 200°C for 25–30 mins until cooked and bacon is crispy.
