All our staff are experienced, master butchers with years of knowledge to help and guide our customers with the assistance they need.
All our meat is fully traceable and of the finest quality;
Our Ranges of Beef are dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 28 days, ensuring ultimate taste and tenderness. Free Range Pork from Plantation Pigs is a must try, succulent meat with fantastic crackling. Our variety of Free Range Poultry and Wild Game is sourced to the highest standard; ‘Packington’ & ‘Special Reserve’ Free Range Chickens, Venison, Pheasants, Partridge and much more (seasonal).
We have a wonderful selection of sausages, all hand made at the shop. There are firm favourites like Cumberland and our Bridge Street Bangers; along with our South African Boerewors – a traditional, barbecue sausage which is a big summer favourite, not forgetting the Summer Sizzlers, Peri Peri Chicken and the list is endless. All summer we have a fantastic B.B.Q selection all ready prepared for you to put straight on the coals!
In addition, we also have a wonderful deli – offering Farmhouse, Artisan and the very popular seasonal cheese, Vacherin Mont-d’Or. Plus our home cooked hams, variety of cooked meats, olives and condiments. Not forgetting one of our No.1 selling delicacies, Biltong - that true taste of Cape Town.
Our catering service supplies many Nursing Homes, Pubs, Schools and Golf Clubs in the Greater London area.
