Yes, you can pick up at our store at the following address:
59 Bridge St, Pinner HA5 3HZ - London
We ask you to select the pick-up products from the store at the checkout page for this modality and wait for confirmation of availability to withdraw your order.
We currently do not offer the option to select a delivery interval / time. You will receive a delivery notification by text or email on the day of delivery with an interval of one hour. We also accept delivery instructions if you are not at the time of delivery.
You don't have to be home when we deliver. Our delivery service may leave your box in a safe place, as specified by you in ‘Delivery instructions’ in your account. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to goods left on site. As we deliver perishable goods, we cannot redirect a box.
Local Delivery: We do next day delivery within 5 miles range from our shop for orders placed before 5.00pm.
Standard shipping: Orders Monday through Thursday - until 12 noon will be delivered on the next business day and orders placed after 12 noon will be delivered in 2 business days.
Orders placed from Thursday (after 12h) to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday of the following week
Holidays - Delivered on the second business day. Please note that during Christmas and Easter delivery dates may vary.
We only use cardboard boxes, which is made from recycled cardboard and is 100% biodegradable. The cuts are packaged into specially designed insulated boxes, which will stay cold for up to 36 hours.
We never freeze our meat so you can do it when it arrives to you with no need to use it straight away.
Pickup at Our Store
There are no delivery charges for orders placed online and collected in-store.
Please select “Pick-up” at checkout and wait for a confirmation email confirming availability before collecting your order.

Local Delivery
Local delivery charges are based on distance from our shop and order value:
- Up to 3 miles
Delivery fee: £1.99
Minimum order: £25 per order
Free delivery on orders over £40 - 3 to 7 miles
Delivery fee: £3.99
Minimum order: £40 per order
Free delivery on orders over £60 - Over 7 miles (via DHL, Tuesday–Saturday only)
Delivery fee: £5.95
Minimum order: £40 per order
Free delivery on orders over £80
Order Cut-Off & Delivery Times
- Orders placed Monday to Thursday before 12 noon will be delivered the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12 noon or between Friday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
- Deliveries are not made on bank holidays, and delays may occur during these periods.
Christmas Delivery (15th–25th December)
During the Christmas period, special delivery charges apply to online orders:
- Local deliveries: £10.00
Free delivery on orders over £100 - DPD deliveries: £15.00

Do I Need to Be Home for Delivery?
No — your order can be left in a safe place specified in your delivery instructions.
However, as we deliver perishable goods, we cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended.
We deliver to the majority of UK mainland addresses using our external courier services. Please note that currently we do not ship internationally.
Returns and exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any produce delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a Hilton & Family voucher to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations. within 4 working days of a claim being received.
Due to the nature of our products and in accordance to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), perishable products are not entitled returns or exchanges.
Complaints in respect of the quality of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Costumer Service for review. Please therefore retain produce for review, and we will reply back to you within 2 working days whenever possible with our findings.
