At Hilton & Family Butchers, we aim to provide flexible delivery options tailored to your needs. Below are our updated delivery charges and policies:

 

Local Delivery Charges

 

 

From the 15th until the 25th of December, orders placed online will have the following delivery charge:

 

 

Additional Information

        •        Bank Holidays: Deliveries will not be made on bank holidays, and delays may occur during these periods.

        •        Order Cut-off Times: Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12 noon will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 12 noon or on Friday to Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

 

In-Store Pickup

 

You can pick up your order in-store at:

59 Bridge St, Pinner HA5 3HZ

 

Please Note:

Select “pick-up” at checkout and wait for confirmation of availability before collecting your order.

 

Other Policies

        •        Delivery Time: We do not currently offer specific delivery time slots. You will receive a delivery notification via text or email with an estimated interval.

        •        Do I Have to Be Home? No, your order can be left in a safe place specified in your delivery instructions. However, as we deliver perishable goods, we are not responsible for items left unattended.
