🛒 What to Include:

Flat Iron or Sirloin Steaks

Marina Braai Salt or BBQ Rub

Skewers for peppers, onions, and mushrooms

Homemade chakalaka (or spicy tomato salsa)

Buttery garlic rolls (braaibroodjies optional!)
🔥 Method:

Rub steaks with Marina Braai Salt or our in-house BBQ seasoning.

Let marinate 30+ minutes.

Grill steaks hot and fast — 3 mins per side for medium-rare.
