8 x Free‑Range Chicken Oyster Cut Thighs

2 lemons, sliced

2 sprigs rosemary

200g black olives

Olive oil, salt & pepper

Optional: feta crumbles
🔥 Method:

Preheat to 200 °C.

Toss chicken, lemons, olives, oil, salt, and pepper in a tray.

Roast for 35–40 min until golden and cooked through.
