Game On: Pheasant Breasts in Creamy Wild Mushroom Sauce

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 x Pheasant Breasts

150g wild/chestnut mushrooms

1 small shallot, chopped

100ml cream
-
1 tbsp butter
-
Salt & pepper
🔥 Method:

Sear pheasant breasts (3 min/side) in butter until pink inside. Set aside.

Sauté shallot and mushrooms in the same pan.

Add cream, simmer until thickened.

Nestle pheasant back in to warm through, season, and serve.
