🍔 What You’ll Need:

500g venison mince

200g pork fatback or fatty pork mince

1 small onion, finely diced

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt & cracked black pepper

Optional: crumbled blue cheese, garlic, or chopped herbs

Combine all ingredients gently — don’t overmix.

Shape into 4 equal patties and press a thumbprint into the centre of each (this helps them cook evenly).

Chill for 15–30 minutes.
