Hanger Steak (Onglet) Fajitas with Sizzling Peppers

Bring restaurant-style fajitas home using our tender onglet (hanger steak).

 

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 400g Onglet (Hanger Steak) (£5.96) 

  • 2 bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 tsp fajita seasoning

  • Flour tortillas, salsa to serve

  • Olive oil, salt & pepper

 

🔥 Method:

  1. Marinate sliced steak with fajita seasoning, salt, pepper, and oil for 20 min.

  2. Sear steak quick‑high heat; set aside.

  3. Sauté peppers and onions in same pan.

  4. Return steak, toss together, serve in tortillas with salsa.
