Maple Glazed Gammon Joint


  • 1.5 kg gammon joint (boneless or bone-in)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
