Pan-Roasted Veal Cutlets with Lemon, Garlic & Parsley

Elegant, quick, and bursting with flavour—veal cutlets are the perfect option when you want something light but impressive.

 

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

  • 2 veal cutlets (ask us to French-trim for presentation)

  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • Salt & pepper

  • Olive oil

 

🔥 Method:

  1. Season cutlets with salt and pepper.

  2. Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, sear cutlets 2–3 mins per side until golden.

  3. Add butter, garlic, and lemon zest. Baste well.

  4. Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

 

🍽 Serve With:

  • Herbed rice or mashed potatoes

  • Grilled asparagus or peas

  • A crisp white wine
