Pan-Roasted Veal Cutlets with Lemon, Garlic & Parsley
Elegant, quick, and bursting with flavour—veal cutlets are the perfect option when you want something light but impressive.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2):

2 veal cutlets (ask us to French-trim for presentation)

1 garlic clove, crushed

Zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp butter

Salt & pepper

Olive oil
🔥 Method:

Season cutlets with salt and pepper.

Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan, sear cutlets 2–3 mins per side until golden.

Add butter, garlic, and lemon zest. Baste well.

Finish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
