The Iberico Presa is a luxurious, shoulder-end cut that’s earned the nickname “the Wagyu of pork.” Deeply marbled and beautifully tender, it delivers an indulgent eating experience that stands out from any ordinary pork.
Cut from between the top of the shoulder and the loin, Presa is thicker than Pluma and slightly more structured, making it perfect for slicing into juicy medallions or roasting whole for an impressive main course. Its fat content renders beautifully when cooked, giving the meat a rich, almost buttery mouthfeel with bold, savoury depth.
Coming from acorn-fed, free-range Iberico pigs, this cut is bursting with flavour and elevated by the pigs’ natural diet and slow growth process, which develops incredible complexity and texture in the meat.
