The Iberico Pluma is one of the most tender and flavourful cuts you can enjoy from the world-renowned Iberico pig. Named after its feather-like shape (“pluma” means feather in Spanish), this cut is taken from the end of the loin near the neck, prized for its rich marbling, buttery texture, and nutty, umami flavour.
Raised free-range on the dehesas of Spain and fed on a natural diet of acorns, grass, and herbs, Iberico pigs produce meat that is exceptionally succulent and aromatic. The Pluma is thin, tender, and quick to cook, making it a fantastic choice for a luxurious weeknight meal or gourmet barbecue.
